Who’s ready to try to something new…as usual my hand is raised high! In each installment of the Something New Series I head into the great unknown without a clue what will happen in each new challenge. Where will I be sent? What will I try? What will I learn?
I’m going start out our conversation today by making two big confessions. Confession 1-I have been doing today’s challenge as I’ve been doing some of the others in the series. Basically I’ve had a little secret that I’ve not been sharing up until now. Confession 2- I love red wine and coffee! This is not a well kept secret to those in my circle but it is important to share this little fact about yours truly because it relates to the challenge.
So what do my two confessions have in common? Smile Brilliant! When I was approached by this company to try their product I was a little hesitant. I didn’t think I had enough time in each one of my busy mommy days to sit and whiten my teeth. How long would it take? Would I have to wear some kind of contraption everywhere?
Here’s the truth though (If you can stand more of it) I hadn’t been happy with my smile when they reached out about this idea. Your smile is one of the first things that people see whether they are old friends or new ones. My particular smile had been looking…(kindly put) a bit dull.
My Reasons for going for it
* I wanted a brighter smile
* I could use this product at home
* it would not be majorly time consuming
* The whitening trays would be custom made for my individual mouth (this is huge..you don’t want to wear an ill fitting tray that is uncomfortable and messy)
The process of when I use them and for how long
I have spent the last several weeks using the whitening system. I put the trays in and wear them as I write, clean the house or am preparing dinner. Basically I use them in tandem with whatever I’m doing at home. I left the trays in anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour (although you can keep them in up to three hours at a time depending on your level of sensitivity). All the supplies were shipped directly to me including step by step instructions and the supplies I’d need to make my molds. The molds were mailed to Smile Brilliant and that’s how they are able to create these trays that fit perfectly.
I started this conversation with you by sharing two secrets and I’m going to finish this conversation by sharing one more thing with you. Smile Brilliant has graciously offered to gift one reader of this blog their own whitening system ($149 value!!!). Click the giveaway link at the bottom of this article to enter the giveaway for your chance to win! Entering is easy and I’m very excited for the announcement of the lucky winner! Let me tell you though you’re a winner just by enhancing your smile and your confidence! I will never give up coffee or red wine but no one will ever know…unless I want them to know!
What I learned
So what did I learn in the latest installment of the series? First new experiences and adventures can be can be found right in your very own home! Second in order to try something new you don’t have to push aside everything else that you already have going on. There are absolutely ways to try new things while still doing everything else that you’ve got on your agenda. Lastly, that my smile is more important to me than I realized. I find myself smiling more and bigger!!! I am sure that I will continue to be a loyal client!
I want to say thank you to Smile Brilliant for this opportunity to try out their product and to share it with you. I also want to tell you that you are beautiful. You are a beautiful gorgeous soul (it’s true to whoever is reading this). If there is something that you want to go for that will make you feel even more confident in that beauty then I say go for it! See you next time, who knows where I’ll be but I’ll be taking you right along with me! Janet
